Why was this method created?
During my days as a Personal Trainer, I observed many clients struggle with weight loss. Either they would eat well and exercise and still not lose weight, or they simply lacked motivation to stick to healthy eating or exercise plans despite knowing that if they followed them they would achieve great results.
These clients felt blocked and stuck. They had tried everything yet nothing was working for them. I knew the blocks were in their mind. After being diagnosed with Depression and Hashimoto’s Disease at this time, I set out to heal my body naturally.
I came to understand how powerful our mind is in relation to our body and our behaviours. I learned about the mind-body connection through my study of leading-edge psychology based techniques and energy psychology methods. After years of dedicated study and personal application, I healed my body and transformed my life. I experienced first-hand the power of my mind and its effect on my body and in my life.
I came to understand that a weight problem, eating issue or dis-ease is a symptom of a deeper cause. Once we look at the deeper cause, we can permanently heal the symptom such as over eating, or weight gain.
I then saw a real need for this information to be in the fitness industry where it lacked the most so I created this method.
